Ealing Eagles Running Club is a friendly club welcoming members of all standards from beginners to competitive runners.
The only requirement for joining the Eagles is that you want to get involved with running!!! If you want to take part in our social Monday and Wednesday 7.30pm club runs, we do ask that you should be able to run the whole distance for the short club run (normally around 5.5k / 3.5miles) without needing to walk - but pace does not matter. For other club training sessions, it is useful to have a running endurance level of around 5k / 3miles. If you do need walking breaks to be able to run 5k or so, please take a look at our free Beginners Programme so we can help you start your running journey!
If you are an existing runner and want to join the club, please complete the registration form below.
Please be aware that filling in these details indicates to us that you are ready to join up - if you're not sure or want more information first please contact us here.
It's important to note that the membership process is coordinated by the club but processed through England Athletics, and it is not an automated system. This means that we will need to pass your details to England Athletics to complete your membership. You can read our full privacy statement here.
Our Membership Secretary will process your application and you will be sent an email with an invoice from England Athletics email address noreply@englandathletics.org. The annual membership is £43, which includes England Athletics membership (£19). After you have made the payment, this will be shown in your bank account with the description “Ee Membership”.
The club is run completely by volunteers, so please be patient if it takes us a few days to come back to you, it may take up to 10 working days for your request to be processed. It is also worth checking all of your email folders for communications from us, as sometimes our emails are sadly labelled as 'junk'!
You will be a member of the club once your registration and membership payment are completed.
Please make sure you tell us if you are joining as a first claim member or a second claim member. If you are not a member of another running club, then you will be a first claim member. If you are a member of another running club and plan to remain part of that club as well as joining the Eagles, then you should indicate that you are joining as a second claim member.
